From Bluebird to Tirtha: The Evolution of Women Creating Magic Together
Tirtha Maison is the next expression of something we have been creating for years.
It began with Bluebird, a six-year series of gatherings that brought together more than 500 women and 40 speakers across Sarasota, inspiring new collaborations, friendships, women's circles, and leadership communities.
Bluebird was created in honor of Joh's mentor, who once gave her a glass bluebird and told her:
"Never forget—you are the magic."
That belief has remained at the heart of everything we create.
Over the years, Bluebird evolved from a speaker series into a transformational environment where women could experience their own power to create, challenge what they believed was possible, and discover new opportunities through one another.
In October 2026, we completed the local Bluebird chapter with Bluebird: The Business Edition, bringing women together around one powerful question:
"What will it take to exceed your 2026 goals?"
The experience reinforced something we have witnessed time and again.
Women don't simply need more information, strategies, or networking opportunities.
They need environments that expand what they can see, strengthen their leadership, and give them access to immediate actions they couldn't have created alone.
Tirtha Maison is the next evolution of that work.

For more than 30 years, Joh has dedicated her life to transformation, leadership, and human performance.
Personally trained by Werner Erhard and selected as one of only 35 Landmark Forum Leaders worldwide, Joh has coached and led tens of thousands of people internationally, from entrepreneurs and emerging leaders to senior executives responsible for complex businesses, teams, and organizations.
