"I created Tirtha because it took me fifty years to stop negotiating my worth, my value, energy and time — at work, in rooms, in relationships, in mirrors. I know what it’s like to be powerful and still silent, creative and still shrinking, successful and still disconnected. Tirtha was born from my own return — from lived experience, not strategy — from learning that creating from who you are requires everything from you. This isn’t performance; this is reclamation. Being creative is vulnerable, training others in what you are creating is exposure, and leading women through it is initiation — and I hold all three. I am not a machine; I am a woman who can feel and sense everything. I lead because women don’t need to become more — they need spaces to remember who they already are. Tirtha exists so you don’t have to walk this path alone, so you have a place to soften back into your body, tell the truth, reclaim your value, and create from embodied authority. I’m not here to be palatable. I’m here to midwife something new through women — and that takes both courage and tenderness."
