Bluebird — The Evolution of Female Leadership

 

Bluebird is an immersive women’s leadership experience in Sarasota created for women ready to step into the next evolution of leadership, creativity, and embodied power.

Founded by Joh Morris Benichou, Bluebird began as a series of three full-day gatherings that brought together over 300 women and 21 speakers — many of whom are now leading voices in the Sarasota community. Those original events helped spark a new wave of women’s circles, leadership spaces, and collaborative communities across the region.

Bluebird was created as thank you to one of the most important women in Joh's life. When she was given a glass bluebird and said never forget "You are the magic".​

 

These events honors this relationship for all women to experience they are the magic.

Today, Bluebird opens a new chapter.

This transformational women’s leadership event invites you into a living creative environment where you reconnect with your voice, reclaim your value, and lead from embodied authority. Bluebird is not traditional networking. It is an activation space where women come together to create, collaborate, and evolve — in business, community, and life.
